Overall, not a bad place for the price. The halls smelled like smoke in some areas, and they smelled foul in others.
I came in very late one night and my key didn't work. They were able to assit within 10-15 minutes and I was able to get in.
For a low cost place to stay, it works. I'd stay here again.

A lot of the outlets didn’t work. The guys room above was up all. We called the desk and he continued to be heavy footed ALL NIGHT LONG! The second night had same thing with heavy footed on the floor above us and then a man and women fighting sounded like they broke the door down in the middle of the night. It was horrible!

My reservations, were voluntary canceled… do to unforeseen policy restrictions. The Wood Springs Suites accommodation.. could not be altered, changed nor conveniently rectified. At’ consumer guest request? I will not be returning. Nor any recommendations will be given.
