The main road next to the hotel is pretty loud. Room was mostly clean, but some dirt was present. Office hours for checkout were limited. The bed was adequately comfortable, I slept well, and everything in the room worked.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom the tub was dirty, the blinds were torn up and dirty, the refrigerator was rusty and dirty, and when i asked to be placed in a different he said they all look like that i can refund your money but you will have to expedia in order to receive your refund

Some of the guests were loud after 10:00pm.
Every evening the halls reeked of marijuana.
I did not report this as my stay was short.
I will say Will, Sherry and domestic staff were accommodating and kind. They made me feel safe.

The rooms were not clean at all, there were hair all in the tubs, the appliances were dirty, there were roaches…we ended up not even staying the rooms were so bad

Worst expeirance I've ever had. They canceled my hotel same day without telling me. I found at 1:30 in the morning after paying alot of money to uber to the hotel.
Person I spoke to on the phone said sorry i cant help you with anything.

Will, the staff person who greeted us was very user friendly and informative re local dining.
Our one challenge was that cleaning services as part of room fee only happen 2x/mo and we were there only 8 days.
