I booked 2 reservations here and called prior to ask if we were able to check in earlier than the original check in time, the man on the phone very rude said “no there’s no way” I was already having a bad feeling about this hotel but reservations were done and we had to be out there for our event. Upon our arrival the manager Bryan was able to accommodate us with one room in the mean time, but told us to return at 4 for the other room. We then came back at night for our other room, paid and noticed that they were charging us more than what was originally in my Expedia account. The man that was there in the night shift was so rude talking back to my father, he had no sympathy what’s so ever he straight out said you have a problem call corporate, ok I understand it’s not his fault he’s just an employee but he didn’t even bother to actually help or call a manager and the tone he was using was not necessary. Room sheets were stained, we found dirty ear plugs under one of the beds.. and to top it off the water from the shower was randomly coming at cold. The worst experience for us was the customer service! The first to guys working there noon time and the night shift guy were the worst! Shout out to the guy working Sunday morning there he was wearing a Raiders hat, thanks for understanding and being more sympathetic with our situation. Definitely our FIRST and LAST time here.

We had to ask for an iron, we got one but it was broken and leaked water everything’ everywhere, only one available. No ironing boards available though. We asked several times for a spare sitting chair for at the table since there were 2 adults they said we have no spare furniture???? There were 4 in lobby never being used but, okay. Told no by all 3 employees. We had 2 adults on reservation we were given 1 towel when asked for more we were told I’m documenting it so return them….

It’s pretty much what you expect, but in our case slightly worse. The guy at check in was very nice and friendly, but there was no hot water. We called to let them know, around 2pm, they said they would fix it, and said it in such a way that made me believe this happens often. Came back that evening, still wasn’t working. Called again, they said the maintenance guy said he fixed it, when I said he hadn’t they said he won’t be back till tomorrow, so basically we were out of luck. No offers of discount or refund. As an added bonus one of the towels hanging on the rack had a gross yellow stain on it. Would not recommend.

This is an old Motel 6 that has been taken over by Rodeway. The room was surprisingly large and the bed was comfortable. Included a mini fridge and microwave.
It is located in a semi-industrial area that seemed safe enough but not pleasant to walk in. There is a good Denneys and an In-n-out burger with hectic but reasonable walking distance. I consider it a bargain and an acceptable. I would stay there again.
