Floors were dirty and cockroaches or water bugs in the hotel room. Terrible.

Poor customer service. Front desk worker barely spoke English. We paid for a kitchenette, got there and found out there wasn’t even so much as a cup or fork to use, upon asking about kitchen wares I was informed that “it wasn’t a studio 6.” Manager was very rude and unfriendly.

The room was roach infested, the towels, and linens were all stained and dirty. Staff was horribly rude. Bad experience all around! The keycards didn’t even work they had to let us in our own room!

Linens were dirty, refrigerator was broken and smelled, hotel had a strange odor throughout. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
