No blow dryers in the room, no shampoo or conditioner, no Kleenex tissue.
It could be better, as expensive as the rooms are; no coffee, had to make aware of it.

Passing through comfortable, dog friendly, able to do laundry. Easy access.

There were a few things that irked me, missing covers for elevator showing wires, stronger pet friendly cleaning smell on 1st floor. But the room while small was comfortable and clean, the turn down service did a great job. For the price I'll definitely think about staying again.

The room & entire hotel seems clean, updated, & smells good. Our room was very small but worked ok for 2 people & a 170# Mastiff, barely. The bed was very firm (think Fred Flintstone firm) & the 3 pillows for a king size bed were thin & hard. However, we'd stay again if passing through the area. The lady who checked us in was very nice. A better mattress & pillow would be my only recommendation.
