Room was beat up. Chair had a piece bitten off one corner. The shower had no way to hold the head. Bathroom floor was dirty.

The housekeeper was the sweetest little lady. Very warm! Front desk staff was helpful. Room was clean and nicely maintained.

Clean rooms good environment and also resolving matters issues staff.

I had a very hard time communicating with the staff as none of them seem to speak English very well. Also, I lost some money in the soda machine and went to the front desk. Tell them and you guys don’t carry any cash on hand. That’s a fine how do you do!

The hotel looks fine from the outside, but it seems to be a lower-end property that the company doesn't care about. The bed was fine and the sheets clean, but the floor was dirty, there were long hairs around, and I found a mouse dropping. The tub finish was peeling and the tub was slippery. A security person was knocking on the door next to mine when I arrived at the room, but whatever he was knocking for had apparently died down. The neighborhood appears to be a bit tough. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was actually a glass ashtray in the bathroom. I didn't even think you need to ask about smoking or nonsmoking rooms any more! It was like something from 20 years ago. I didn't use the TV, I so I don't know if that worked. The staff were very kind, however, the room locked fine, and noise (on a Saturday night) was minimal. Climate control in the room was good. Also, I parked fine in the front of the parking lot, and access is good to CT 9 and I-84. So it wasn't all bad, got the job done, but I wouldn't book there again unless the property was improved.

It didn’t smell to good hall way and room and some roaches in the bathroom. Everything needs some updating. One employee popped out of nowhere told me in a rough or rude way about the parking towing policy.

Appreciate thw stay i needed it but for the payment On line and another 50 dollar hold at the location for it to be smelly and dirty asf . The room was alright but they bearly put effort in . Did another whipe down before i used anything in there

What was unique about the hotel was when I walked into the hotel floor it was a mixture of cigarettes and marijuana, and to come to find out each layer of sheets had its own smell with what it appears to be cigarette holes
