There were no grab bars in the tub/shower. My husband slipped and fell once. The hook for my robe on the back of the door was at the top of the door and I couldn't jump high enough to reach it. We liked the restaurant but Mexican was the only choice.

The hotel AC didn't seem to be working in the lobby or hallways. My room was extremely hot when I arrived, the AC had been turned off. The phone system was not working, I had to walk to the front desk to ask a question, my room was not close. The TV was not working, I called the front desk, the phone finally worked, and was told that maintenance would be there shortly. Half an hour later and after another phone call the front desk associate came down and tried to fix it, then said she was waiting for someone to show up, after another phone call no one was available. I'd wait util the next day. The next day more incorrect information, no one was coming even though I had been told the previous night people had been called. About 3pm she suggested I could move into another room. At that point I was just beyond pissed. I hadn't showered or eaten. I didn't want to move my stuff, I jst wanted to take a shower and have a meal.. I had stayed at this hotel previously and had a great experience, it had been sold since I was there last. I will not stay here again.

The staff was wonderful. The room was very clean. Even though the pool was full, heated, and it looked like nothing was wrong with it (there were no signs or anything posted), the staff told me that it was closed for maintenance. A couple minutes after I was told that, about 200 men came out of one of the conference rooms. I think they closed the pool because they had an over-booking of rooms and didn't want the hassle. We couldn't get our TV to work, we finally figured out that someone unplugged the TV and the cable. So we ended up spending an hour letting all the channels memorize on the TV so we could use it, the remote control wouldn't work and we ended up changing the channels on the TV every time by getting up and hitting buttons on the cable box. šŸ™„

So many Hispanics camping out here. Hover around laundry area not speaking a word of English, felt very il uncomfortable they were talking about us. 2 rooms rented, only got 1 complimentary bag, issues checking in. Desk attendant not sure room was ready for us to check in. Come to find out no one had stayed in either room. Might want to better manage your overnight guest list! Could use some outside work. We had cracks in our ceiling and near the window. For someone night staying in the room the night prior, should not have seen hair in shower, gross!

The staff was polite and answered our questions. It was quiet. There are minimal amenities. You will need to ask for anything extra. The refreshments in the lobby were not attended to. One towel per person. But I’m sure if you asked for more they would give you some. The breakfast had several choices. This area also had minimal supplies and was not attended to. For the price, I was disappointed.
