My biggest complaint was the multiple interruptions in the morning. We had a "Do Not Disturb" sign in place and it was a couple hours before check-out time, but still had housekeeping open the door into our hotel room two times. Disruptive and put us at unease.

Reallt nice pit stop at Kettleman city
Totallt improved and super clean breakfast buffer was my personal favorite with a functional coffee machine that makes a decent latte outside of a Peet's.
5* for just doing the basica right and being easy and accessible overall
