So I booked it last minute on Expedia at 1030pm because we were driving to New York City from Toronto and we needed a hotel to stay for the night. Staff was amazing from checking in with Pedro and checking out in the morning. Hotel I give it a 5 stars. Rooms are new and modern. I honestly had the best sleep and comfort. I highly recommend it. Thank you again

The staff was lovely however they were unable to help us when the desk chair was broken upon our arrival and my husband fell off when it collapsed. Nor were they able to deal with my bedside light that did not work so I could not read in bed.
