The elevator is still broken. When I checked in my room was on the second floor. My vehicle was the only one in the parking lot with exception of the one vehicle belonging to the staff. I was told that the second floor is all that is avaliable. I asked where are all the ppl if the entire first floor is booked. Again, she said thats all that is available. The entire 3 nights I was there the parking lot had 6 vehicles in it. Its rough trying to carry luggage to the second floor & I do not understand this at all. Very frustrated!
