Clean hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms.

Room was dirty, dead bolt and door lock didnt work. Sheets and bedding had holes. Walls looked like they just painted over dirt. Room had a weird smell. Front desk difficult to reach.

Clean, comfortable room at an affordable rate. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet.

Rooms smelled No toilet paper or tissues And never got a receipt

Went to visit family in the area, just needed a room for one night. It met our needs.

Everything was nice and clean

No room service unless you beg for it, stayed for 20 days and got it twice, room smelled of pesticides. Wifi was under 5 mbps which is abysmal. Ethernet didnt work at all and when i confronted the front desk manager they knew it wasnt working and that the wifi was terrible.

Stay was not great at all . The entire place smelled musty and is outdated . This hotel is dirty and needs serious TLC. We woke up to a leak in our ceiling called down to tell the office about it and to check the room above us they said they can’t do anything about it and to get a bucket we were also woken up a second time at 4 am to drunk loud people in the hallway and the room next door. We had ants in the bathroom, we didn’t take a shower because the tub doesn’t drain properly. So glad we only there for one night. Also they are now A Wingate by Wyndham not a Best Western Plus not sure why they come up on these hotel sites as a Best Western I’ve stayed in plenty of Best Westerns and this is not up to the standards of I’ve stayed in. We come to Harrisburg a lot to visit family and we won’t be staying here again!

Definitely enjoyed my stay and would check it out again if ever in the area.

Bed bugs in room, they covered the entire bed!
