Okay stay, need security.
I stayed three nights at this motel. A couple things so noticed; luggage carts stored in the doorway, inside elevator door needed attention(paint), the 3rd night there was about five hours of loud commotion in the hallway. The couple evidently just left about 3:00am. Generally during my stay there was nobody at the front desk.

I wouldn't stay there for free and will deny all charges i was ordered a discount or rebate of which i got none. There were bugs, dirty panties, door paycheck didn't work, and the rudest staff ever except for 1 lady. She tried to accommodate, but was disregarded for all the problems. Stay far away!!

The staff was nice.The pool was down and has been down for a while. The room was nasty and they charged my card an extra 130 dollars and I still have not received it back if. If I have know the pool was down I would never stayed there .

Rented this hotel to watch the Akron game. Part of the reason we booked the hotel was because they had a pool. Upon check in, the front seat informed us that the pool was down for maintenance. This, and the fact that the hours for breakfast did not fit our needs are the reason for the review.

We reserved two Jacuzzi rooms. The minute we walked into the one room. We found a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Went to the front desk and they offered to mop the bathroom floor. That is it. Over the next two hours, found four more cockroaches, and the front desk, absolutely for refused to do anything about it. I finally complained enough that they moved us to the second floor in a non-Jacuzzi room. Told me we would get another Jacuzzi room the next morning. The next morning came and they told me they did not have a Jacuzzi room available. I ask for at least some of my money back between the cockroaches and not having the type of room we paid extra for have been waiting for over a week. Still no refund still no call from the manager And they actually took $50 extra out of my account than what they should have taken! Ask the front desk person many many times to speak to a manager the first time they told me the manager would be in in the morning and she would come speak to us. That never happened. Ask them to call and let me speak to the manager over the phone they refused. The front desk worker told me they were crediting my account, but again never did. I have called the hotel every day since our trip and they continuously tell me there is no manager available. They have taken my name and number several times for a manager to call me back, and I still have not received a call. . The lady in the room two doors down from us found cockroaches and bedbugs and her room also!
