I had a reservation for 2 rooms under 2 names. The check-in attendant said that was not the case. I presented my confirmation. I was able to add an additional room. I did see that my credit card on file was charged in addition to the card I presented, I called and explained the situation and could not get it cleared. I ended up calling my bank and mailed in the statement showing the correct credit card that was used to pay reservation.
