I had originally booked a stay at the Navy lodge for my grandson's graduation from bootcamp only to have my reservation canceled. I found this hotel online and booked it. Upon arrival I was greeted by an amazing and very helpful associate. The hotel room was 100% better than what was being offered at the lodge and the variety offered for breakfast was a welcome surprise. If I am ever back in the North Waukegan area I will most definitely be reserving another room here. Highly recommend.

A bit of construction going on but otherwise a good stay. Very convenient to shopping eating and the navy base. A lot of room.

The reception was excellent and provided great customer service; however, the room I received had a used towel and a bit of trash under the bed. Reception changed my room. No problem. The second room had the same issue. A used butter knife under the bed and dried food underneath the couch. This made me inclined to believe that housekeeping isn’t cleaning these rooms properly and that’s worrisome. Solid 3 stars.

The bathroom was not clean and there was hair on the floor, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed as evident if skittles and dried raw meat and small rocks on the floor. The curtains didn’t close the whole way and there was a gap where the night light came on for the 5 nights we were there

Double charged my deposit and couldn’t release their mistake. Sounded like a heard of elephants above us. Couch was really uncomfortable to sit on. Beds were very comfortable so that was a plus.
