It was good

My room was clearly not clean properly the person who stayed there before us must had a dog it was dog food everywhere, little brown balls my husband broke out the first night he’s allergic to certain animals so we went out and got a blanket to sleep on top of the bed.

The room we were given for the first night was very dirty, had stains on the furniture, holes on the kitchen table, and smelled very bad. It was very late at night and we were tired after a full day of travel so stayed in the room that night, getting very little sleep, then swithced to a different room the next day. That room also smelled bad, but not as bad as the first one. Though we could tell the room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff, there were still stains on the furniture, and the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. Other than that it was clean, it's just old and needs updated furnishings and carpet. We stayed here for 15 nights due to a family emergency and wanted a kitchen. Though it was a full kitchen, it was very poorly equipped. When we asked the front staff for more items they never provided any additional items. We had to borrow kitchenware from a family member nearby. Housekeeping only came one a week, very poor when you're there for a long time. This is a hotel, we would expect service more often. We could go to the front desk and get clean towels and toilet paper if we asked, but that was pretty much it. The breakfast staff, Maria, was the most friendly person. She was always there to restock the hot and cold foods, coffee, and was always keeping everything very clean. The food was basic, but good, and lots of food options to choose from. Would probably not stay here again.

The heat in the unit wasn't working initially, but when we called the front desk, they sent someone immediately (literally, within two minutes) who fixed it quickly, so the service was excellent. Other than that, there were a couple of very minor issues: The clock was off by 10 minutes, and the Message Waiting light on the phone flashed the whole time we were there, even though the front desk said we had no messages. We covered it with a towel so the flashing wouldn't annoy us. The suite itself was good - essentially a studio apartment with a full kitchen. Everything was clean, and the mattress was medium-soft, which we had requested (hard mattresses cause me pain). There was no soap in the kitchen, so be aware to bring some if you're going to cook, but it was a nice setup. If you plan to use the pool and hot tub much, I'd suggest requesting a suite near the main building. For us, it was a long, cold walk to get there, so we didn't go much. Breakfast was a nice touch, though again it was a long, cold walk to reach it. Overall, the suite provided good value for the price, and I would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay if your not pickey. You dont get room service. You can ask front desk for stuff. The room could use a little work but over all i would stay again

Other guest was smoking in a non-smoking room. The smell came into our room, which ruined the evening, and made it hard to breathe.

The pictures of hotel property and rooms are very misleading! Rooms were dingy, upkeep of property was not good, however staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good!

Place is okay. Space was good. Place just seems like needs a deep clean and better maintenance. Overall it was just okay. Can be better. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly.
