We have stayed here several times and would stay here again. However, the property does need some upgrades and our room was missing some items. Otherwise, the hotel is good for families and offers 2 bedroom rooms. I wish they had tables in the rooms to eat.

We never stayed. I canceled our reservation. Property was dirty, did not look like photos. Property was under going construction and nothing was noted about it on the website. Didn’t offer their regular breakfast due to construction.
Also huge red flag was all the homeless camped out in front of thr property. I did not feel safe their at all.

Everything was good except we think it was a queen bed and not king size bed that we paid for. We used Sonesta iin Jacksonville, Fl last year and the bed was much bigger for the king bed. We liked that it was close to Levi's Stadium!!! Also need more items in kitchen. We had to request a skillet and other stuff to cook

The 2 bed room suite is good with 2 separate attached baths. The hotel is currently under renovation and only bagged breakfast is provided. The internet is too slow and unusable from 5 pm to 11 pm.

The property is currently renovating the lobby, and other areas . . . unfortunately for the guests the continental breakfast which was promised by online booking, is only a bag&go type, . . . the phones in the room did not work well, but mgmt allows use of their phone . . . the accessible room which we had, bathroom shower did not have proper drainage, which led to water spreading to different areas of the bathroom . . . .

The hotel was under construction, with excessive noise and worker traffic. Our room had mice, informed management and they did nothing. Our deposit was not returned, because we had a pet with us. They even lied about returning deposit. Left the room much cleaner than when we arrived. Had a sense when we checked in, should have listened to my instincts.

Absolutely worst management experience I’ve ever had. I reported on Tuesday that the renovation noises were extremely loud and were buzzing our entire walls. I also called on Friday and reported loud sawing at 1am. Management didn’t seem to care and only offered to move us rooms 15 hours prior to us checking out, which I wasn’t going to have me and my family pack all of our stuff just to unpack then repack again to leave on Saturday. In my opinion the manager came off rude when talking to me. He told my wife and was very adamant that he wasn’t rude and kept saying that all they could offer was a room change. When I went through Hotels.com and attempted to have the hotel offer some compensation from them, they still refused. Luckily hotels.com gave us some credit for next time but it doesn’t fix the issue that management had no professionalism and was argumentative. I included a few photos as well for some smaller issues with the room. We had two bedrooms and between the two we had 3 total hangers. We also found a dead roach yesterday in one of the beds and the bathroom was molding/cracking in the corner.
