Wonderful staff. Courteous and helpful.
Room was new and clean.
Enjoyed courtyard view. Convenient location for these two seniors. Even though still under renovation the staff was very accommodating to make sure we were having a good stay. Breakfast offered was a fair selection. We will be back.

I Love this place its so peaceful and serene the staff team here are amazingly Awesome they made sure i was helped in everyway and treated my german shepardx mixed husky sp sweet they were so attentive and patient w me i had a problem reedeming my gift card n it took so long but at the end all turned out well and i was able to reserve the same room this will be my third time staying n i will keep coming back so super clran thry go over and beyond I love the customer service you feel so special w this team Thankyou Comfort inn

Remodel of rooms is poorly done and unattractive. Room lacks basic amenities like towel storage. Found them in the coat closet. Feels as though people live in hotel. Back door is often blocked open at night with a rock with people coming and going and u-hauls transporting people. We have stayed here several times over the years but no more.

Waited for a clerk to check in for 30 minutes as no one was at the front desk. Also waited 10 minutes for check out. Rooms are not old, but bathroom lacked proper cleaning. Bed was clean and comfortable. Reasonable option for a budget hotel

We requested a ya dicapped accessible room a couple months ago when we booked. Since my mother has been in a wheelchair for many years we have stayed in such rooms with many different lodging chains. This room was on the 3rd floor. What if there was a fire or if the elevator wasn’t operational? A bumpy bathroom threshold required someone to tilt the chair each time she needed in/out. No way to roll in. And even the door to the room was tough for us to operate and keep open while moving the chair in and out. The ONLY accessible features were rails by the bathtub. Yep. No way to get in to shower. Maybe Courtyard met the letter of the law, but did not in any way provide an accessible room.
