Hotel was clean. Good location downtown. Free breakfast was subpar. Selection would have been ok, but at 8am on a Sunday, almost everything was empty, no coffee...Some things were refilled, but most remained empty until we just left and couldn't wait any longer.

The property was great. Unfortunately, the guests next door to my room left their dog unattended, and it barked for at least 30 minutes between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the person I spoke with told me that they would send Security up, but I'm not sure they did, as the dog continued to bark for another 25 minutes.

This is my second stay at this hotel the first stay was perfect no issues. Great hotel. Great location. Service was great! This stay however when I arrived they could not find my reservation at first. Then discovered due to them selling out. (I booked my stay months in advance). They transfer me to Hilton Garden. I understand these things happen this was not the upsetting part. As I approached the desk there were 2 front desk clerks as the Home Suites Rep explained my situation the one was with a client the other looked at me and walked away. To my surprise she was leaving for the day but did not even acknowledge me as a Housekeeper was trying to help me. After 30 minutes of waiting the room could not accommodate me I reserved 2 queens with a pull out bed for 5 people they had 1 king with a roll away bed (only if available). Super upset with my experience I head back to Home suites luckily the had a cancelled reservation and the Front desk Clerk was able to help me with apology and great customer service. If this was the end I would not be writing a bad review. I had a great stay and checked out only to discover my personal debit card was charged for both hotels even though I never provided my card or authorized that service. I did reach out to the team only to be brushed off with “Oh it will come off in 3-5 days”. The no apologies or concerns about their error was the worst part of this whole situation.
