I'm a simple person so I was pleased with just about everything. Breakfast bar and coffee bar was blessing in the morning and everything around is in walkable distance. Staff is wonderfully kind.

During a hurricane this hotel refused to refund our money!

We made reservations the day before for the next day. After driving 7 hrs from Georgia which we arrived at 8:00pm we expected for the room we booked to be ready at that time. Off course the room was nevered cleaned from the previous visitors.
They moved us to another room after we said no we are not going to wait an hour while they clean it.
I was disappointed that our room was not ready.

In florida huricane evacuation I was most concerned about room not being held till very late checkin due to horrendous traffic from Florida. My wife,daughterand toddler were very grateful
