It was hard to get our room cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels and facial tissue and all the garbage cans were overflowing before we got help and that was after calling the front desk daily asking for help. Could have been a great experience turned out to be stressful for no reason.

Unfriendly staff, no smiles and busy on phones. Hairs on my bed, dirty toilet, trash in bathroom bin, chips on floor. Unacceptable for basic services.
