Booked a king size suite. Arrive and told I’m getting a double queen. Ask why told by staff some other people extended their stay they get priority. Oh ok guess guests that book and pay are 2nd rate. Well heres a priority wake up for you my money spends just as good somewhere else will never stay at another Home 2 Suites or any Hilton Hotel for that matter. Was offer a cooler drink or snack to make up for the difference. I paid for a king room and got a double queen.

Stay was great overall BUT 2 things that so play a role in my overall survey rating are 1) We came back to our room after the first night’s stay and towels were not removed/replaced with new; beds were not made; trash not emptied. 2) We had a very early flight so had to checkout at 3:30 am. I wanted a receipt for the stay but was told by the girl at the desk “It’s 3:30 in the morning, I can’t get into the system until 7:00 am… We can email the receipt”. What? It’s 2024 for God’s sakes. She should have been able to access the computer and print the receipt right then and there. Granted these are not life threatening issues but nonetheless are still areas that played a role in the overall review. We enjoyed the hotel, staff, grounds, etc. as a whole and would definitely stay again.

I'll start off by saying that this is a really nice looking, newer hotel and our room for the most part was great. But the hotel had a higher price tag so we expected a little more. The elevator wasnt working for most of our stay, forcing us to use the stairs which were very dirty and littered. The pool was very, very cold and the towels were almost always empty. Several times when we needed something from someone at the front desk, noone was there. Just an okay stay.
