Outdated hotel, very dirty. Rooms were gross. Had a sliding door for the bathroom door, but the handle was broken and it did not shut all the way. Cushions on the couch in the room were ripped. Breakfast area was very dirty. Wouldn't stay there again.

Our room was not ready when we checked in. Had to wait for them to clean it on arrival. Complained for a week about conditions of room, no one ever came to clean it. Upon telling them we are leaving due to lack of clean room they tried to give us a 100 hotel points. Animals where going to bathroom in hall floors and being left even when staff was toldabout it. Staff was rude.

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. We stayed in room #412. The tile in the bathroom is broken, bathtub chipped, couch was torn, bedding was worn, carpet was dirty, toilet stained, hair on the floor in the bathroom. In the lobby the seating was stained, worn & dirty. I saw a woman in the lobby working diligently to try and keep up with the cleaning, but it appeared they are understaffed.

Shower top was not working. Could not shower before checkout. I was able to notify front desk at 7:15am and 9:12am but technician was able to show up at 10:15 am so I had to checkout without no repair been done or relocation to another room. Front desk lady and technician did their best under the circumstances therefore I appreciate their assistance. I’ll be requesting a refund through management. Thank You

We enjoy staying at Home 2Suites but in this occasion the service was not all that. The front desk was quiet, not friendly, only offered water if we needed/wanted any. The restroom was kind of dirty, we didn’t say anything because it was late and we were tired. The pillows smelled like they had been there for a while. Every time we travel Home 2 Suites is our place to stay because of cleanliness, affordability and friendliness , however, this time we were not impressed.
