everything went smooth.

Although we were with you only 12 hours, the accommodations were excellent.

Very spacious and comfortable, feel like back to home

We spoke to an employee and were told we could get early check in any time after 1pm. We arrived at 1:30p and were told they do not offer early check in. We waiting until 3pm in the lobby with special needs child and toddler. Employee at desk during check in did not apologize for misunderstanding and acted like we were crazy for thinking we could check in early. Handicap room had dirty tub and unsafe seat. We did not use it due to those factors. Pool was out of service and unusable. Breakfast had no fresh fruit. All food was frozen and heated up for serving. Understaffed and could not keep up with breakfast demand. No waffle batter, out of bread and muffins, only option to eat was spinach quiche and sausage pucks. Even the orange juice machine ran out. Not impressed.

Everything was great. Only problem, one of our devices couldn’t connect to WiFi. And we were directed to the WiFi specialist through a 1800 number and they couldn’t help us either.

Everyone was so nice

For a trip taken on short notice, it was satisfactory enough.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint is the bed mattress was very uncomfortable.

The only problem was the pool was not working. Other than that, great service. ❤️
