Newer Disney neighbor hotel just off western way. Map shows close to Disney which it is just off property. Expect traffic delays heading to parks. t This area has build up quickly and the road still has stop lights. It's challenging to turn left off to Buena Vista to get to most parks. Sometimes can take 15 minutes for what you are thinking is a 5 minute drive. Plan accordingly as from this area it's the only free way to get to Disney parks and it's not the freeway style road needed for volume of traffic now. Rooms are new. Has a decent breakfast as Home2 usually just serves sandwiches, bowls and egg frittata . They do serve yummy Mickey waffles that they make. Watch out about milk. Ran out one morning and server blamed waiting on delivery day. Not good considering they serve cereal and have tons of kids staying. I was able to get a free Fairlife milk after I told manager but she was not too happy i asked. Overall be prepared to possibly park in garage. Parking is $10 a day wether it's surface or garage. This is 1 of 2 hotels 7 stories tall so you might have to walk from the garage to hotel. Not too far but still a walk after walking all day at a park. There's a very small Target across the street for very basic groceries..Not much eating choices still have to go to Kissimmee for that.

Bed linen and towels had dirty marks when first moved in. It took 2 attempts and over 24hrs to locate a suitcase that had been delayed by the airline, with 1 member of staff unable to locate it at all as they didn't check all storage areas. The breakfast is ok, but items are frequently running out and not replenished, such as cups, cutlery, milk and if much after 8. 15am they seem unable or u willing to replenish. The shuttle bus is very limited operating hours and needs to be reserved each day, it also takes a long time to get to the Disney parks, far more than 10 minutes as was suggested when I chose the hotel. The whole area is new and I suspect will get better over time with more shops and restaurants to open up. Other than the points above the hotel was generally good and reasonable value, so overall not bad.

We stayed 5 nights as a family of 4 and found the room to be spacious and comfortable. I liked using the laundry, that breakfast and wifi were included. The kids used the pool but mentioned it was a bit chilly. I was surprised there was no safe in the room and that we had to pay for parking but we found it was a great base for visiting Disney. The area is clearly under development with new restaurants and shops coming to the area.
