It is noticeably beat up in corners and walls in halls. But carpet looks clean, rooms clean, staff was great. Good place for a night or a few nights.

Very friendly people

We chose that particular hotel because it was pet friendly, offered a game room and a heated indoor AND outdoor pool. The only amenities they had were a heated outdoor pool and their “game room” was a few old puzzles on a bookshelf in the lobby. The breakfast was not terrible but I’ve had much better. To be fair, we did not get there as soon as they served so it’d been out for a bit. The heated outdoor pool was nice. It was about 55-60 degrees outside at night and the pool was like bath water, very relaxing. The room was very roomy and clean. They have a nice spot for pets to relieve themselves. Staff were excellent and very helpful. I was disappointed that the amenities listed on the website weren’t at this hotel; maybe just a common template for the chain? I would stay here again, but only if another hotel didn’t have the amenities I want.

The sheets were stained and unchanged. Front desk had a partial set of sheets for me to change our own linens. Counters hadn’t been washed and last guests dishes were in the suite’s dishwasher. No carts for luggage. Guest phone had no cord and thermostats were nonfunctional. Arrived late with children and it was hard. Won’t stay again.

Laundry and gym were easily accessible and usable.

Room was a little dated. Carpet was in bad shape. Service was very good. Breakfast selections were not as good as other higher end hotels.

Great place

We loved the layout and space of our room. The "separate" seating area was appreciated.

Room was dirty. Unfriendly at check-in. Hotel would not accept cash for soft drinks/snacks but did not explain it could be charged to room. Another guest at hotel told us as we were leaving. Would not stay again!

I love the Home2Suites hotels! However, this one was lacking and subpar to previous hotels I have stayed in. The location and staff were excellent. The room itself, smelled musty and old. The air was not turned old. So it was incredibly warm inside (in December) The bed and pillows were unusually uncomfortable. We only stayed one night. It was suitable for what we needed.
