Staff was amazing key cards issues, not so much.
Great and amazing staff! All shifts! Went for a business event for approx. five days and all staff, maids, kitchen staff, and hospitality crew were amazing. Non working key cards on the upper floors(when getting to your door) was just a little hiccup. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank you.
Lovely Hotel
I moved from Burlington two years ago but come back to visit friends. Have been unsuccessful finding a nice hotel to stay in that is also reasonably proceed. This is my first time in a Drury hotel. I’m impressed and will definitely be back. From the front lobby, to the front desk staff and then to my room. Very friendly, courtesy, informative staff and very clean hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
