I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the bedroom was really nice and the staff was most helpful.

Compared to the New Albany Hampton Inn, this Hilton Garden Inn is a five star resort.
Great Stay for Volleyball Tournament in Downtown Columbus.

Very poor customer service at this hotel. Elevator didn't work. Very disappointed staying here, couldn't wait to leave.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms was spotless. We were on the fifth floor, the only elevators in the building were not reading the cards and would not go up the night we arrived. The next morning we were able to use the elevators to go down. However by the time we returned in the afternoon the elevators were still not working, the staff called for someone who would meet us at the elevator with a special key so we could go up and the person never showed up.
