Rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a restored downtown area in which there are many good places to eat and cute embroidery shops.

No hot water in room for 1 1/2 days. Clerk said water heater was broken and they didn’t know if it would get fixed (spoiler - it wasn’t). Lobby ran out of coffee on third day.

Comfortable enough. But my last night was mostly sleepless due to kids running down the halls and being loud until 3 am.
