Excellent experience
Staying at the HGI Union Station Denver, was a pleasure. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the property was clean and comfortable, the room and amenities were clean and well stocked. The food and service at the restaurant was delicious, reasonably priced and friendly. An overall very nice experience!
Exceptional Stay
After an awful night of travel it was wonderful to come into a hotel and be met by a sweet front desk clerk and a comfortable room. Great customer service.

Property serves a purpose if in the area. It is otherwise not well maintained and slightly icky. Downtown area is what you’d expect from a city. Homelessness, etc. Overall I expected better due to other reviews.
