Hotel is very well kept and amenities are amazing. Rooms and showers are very nice.
Welcoming & Clean
Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. I overheard a mixup with someone checking in the same time as us and the staff was calm, collected and pleasant. The room and shared spaces were clean and tidy!

I paid for a panoramic view room and was put in a glass house room. There was a price difference. I paid more for the panoramic. The person checking me in said it’s a glass house. There was advertised a difference in square footage. The view is of some type of electrical equipment and roads that are under construction. The bed is harder than a rock. At check in I asked about breakfast and they said they don’t offer it anymore. I paid $30 extra per day for breakfast so I inquired further and was told I have to get vouchers daily from the front desk. There is typically a line. So I asked if I could get the vouchers all at once. The following day the vouchers were not ready. Some days the voucher covered drinks and coffee some days they didn’t…depends on who is working. Had I paid out of pocket it would have been less because most of the breakfast options were under $15….so why pay $30 per day for two people. Also, the sink in the bathroom was broken. They came daily to clean despite saying they would come every other day. Many things got thrown out that were not trash. One day a man opened the door (employee) and came in and it was after housekeeping had serviced the room. He had nothing with him and thought we weren’t there. Definitely over priced considering all of this.

Nice hotel situated near Union Station. Breakfast quality could be improved and also have a corner to have a smoke

This hotel is in a great location and has comfortable and spacious rooms. However, two out of the three elevators were not working, which meant crowded elevators and long wait times. Also, I thought I would be able to get a continental breakfast for my child and myself, but I was informed upon arrival that that was no longer an option, as the hotel had a restaurant attached. For one adult and one child, breakfast was over $60. That was a bit outrageous, in my opinion.

Things were close by within walking distance and there’s scooters available close by and the restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious!

Not crazy about paying $15 to get an early check in. Never paid for that before. Window treatment was broken. Why don’t they check the rooms before you go in? Also, two broken elevators. Told they would be fixed but never were.

Stayed 4 nights and didn’t have any type of housekeeping. Trash built up and we ran out of toilet paper then had to ask twice for some. Besides that it was a nice stay.
