We had a wonderful stay!Everyone was so helpful.
One suggestion is to add bars in the shower tub combo for increased safety especially for seniors.

The Omni is older and the room blocks are showing wear and cracks and lack of maintenance. Check in for 4 people but only towels for 2 people. Bathroom lights would time out while in the shower only 5 minutes, the motion detection was behind a hanging towel :p.
On the positive side the lazy river was fantastic, and the buffet breakfast was wonderful!

So gorgeous and peaceful.
1. The pickleball courts were so far away! And it wasn’t clear how to get there,
2. No electric car charger was available for us over the whole week.
3. A bigger menu or second restraunt would be great, since we were around for four days. Some variety would be nice

I like the location and restaurants it offers.
For three days, I stayed, but I didn't get room service, so I had to call in for more towels.

The hotel is always beautifully landscaped. The children's playroom, though, does not have many options that are free. Almost everything in there is an extra charge, which is a bummer.
