I will only stay at the Omni, mostly because of their wonderful staff! They are professional, personable and all around wonderful.

This is a great place to stay, with staff that are efficient, personable and wonderful ! The rooms and the food are exceptional. I can only give positive comments.

Great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and our room was ready even though we arrived a bit early. Love the Apple cider in the afternoon!

Their staffs are very professional especially Rico. He helped us a lot during our stay. Very friendly and approachable. Wonderful place to stay when you are in San Francisco area.

This is a great prooerty. Cable car right out the door and short walk to all transit. 2 blocks from china town. Area felt safe. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Ive never has service this good. Especially at an affordable property. Beds were comfy and rooms big for SF. The few drawbacks. 1. I dont like the $30/night resort fee which was for internet and a fitness center. Total price was still fair though. 2. The resort fee is especially irritating because the wifi was super slow for 3 days. They fixed the "hotel wide problem" right after I inquired and even sent a nice note and snack tray. But hard to believe nobody else complained for 3 days about dial up speed. 3. In exchange for the $30/night resort fee you get a one time $25 food/drink credit. Most places who gouge you with a resort fee make the credit per night. Maybe i should have done 7 single nights instead of 1 week.
