Almost one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I had to check out early to get some sleep.
It was very uncomfortable, the bed was sagging to the floor I kept sliding towards the edge of the bed I couldn’t get any sleep and I had to work the next morning I had a very important business meeting it was horrible I had to check out early to get another Hotel to get some sleep that was the worst first time experience I’ve had I don’t think I’ll be going back there no thank you.

Liked the location as it was convenient to eateries, shopping, airport, car rental and local highways.
Hotel staff friendly and always helpful and rooms were nice and clean.

There was no shampoo, no body wash, no conditioner and only 1 towel.
The front desk does not answer the phone when calling. The female Hispanic over night worker in the front desk is rude and unpleasant.

The first room we were assigned the sink drain was clogged and there was hair on the sink. We called the front desk they said they would send engineering engineering never showed up we called back. They moved us to another room which had no television. The third room was acceptable, however having to be moved, put a damper on the whole experience.

The shuttle took an hour and a half to come, after three phone calls. We paid our tab after eating at bar, and they charged us again, by deducting from deposit. We asked for a trash can with a liner...I went down to ask again, never got it. We asked for towels, did not get them until my Husband went downstairs. No apologies, no call from Manager (whom they said would call me after being charged twice, and no offer of compensation, for the bad service..i.e. breakfast, NOTHING. Im disappointed.
