Was flat out lied to about breakfast and parking being included. Front desk staff no help! Recently stayed at Double Tree two week earlier for AAU Basketball the cost was extremely high!

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly, however at night you can hear all traffic outside, I couldn’t get a good nights rest.granted it is down town area. The parking is terrible, the hotel has limited parking, definitely not enough for the amount of people that stay there. They also charge you 25 dollars to park there if you’re lucky enough to get parking at the hotel. If you do not find parking they advice you to park behind the building in the other hotels garage, which supposedly they told us it was 20 dollars for the over night charge, but when we went to pay it ended up being 37 dollars for parking. We’ve never had to pay for parking to stay at a hotel we paid for, but we won’t be staying there in the future.

Let me begin by saying Alejandra, the assistant manager was able to help me, but the main problem was my room was not ready at 3:00 PM because it wasn’t clean yet and they were sold out the night before. I had to wait until 3:45 when Alejandra stepped in. She resolved my room situation. Another problem is that the hotel rents out parking spots to Rodeo patrons NOT STAYING on the property. Parking is extremely limited as it is, and we spent quite a while waiting for a parking spot. Usually, our hotel stay is wonderful, (we have been staying here for over 10 years as we go to the Medical Center). But today was a frustrating experience.

The hotel charge for every possible. We were not informed that we would be getting charged for parking in the hotel parking lot until after paying for our rooms. The parking lot security were really rude. They argued about where some of us couldn’t park. However, there were people that were not stating at the hotel parking over curbs, on grass, and in fire lanes. Then the security told my husband to move his truck to a different spot so they could intentionally get his truck towed. Then after being charged for parking we still woke up with tickets on our truck. The people inside rudely told us we were not allowed to take our food and eat on their tables because we did not buy there. When our kids asked for napkins they were rudely denied any.

Greeting at check in was very nice. The room was very nice, although it took about 20 minutes before the water got hot. The cafe was not too good. Menu options scarce, service very slow, no bar.
