Friendly and helpful service. Clean and pleasant room.I would like to acknowledge the following three employees of the hotel who went out of their way to help us: Adam, who drove the me in the shuttle to meet my friends and helped them with their luggage. He was so nice. Ms. Kimberly, who also worked at the front desk and would actually have driven her personal car to the airport because the shuttle was in the shop. Luckily the shuttle came just in time. She was very accommodating and nice. Rick was the service technician who came and helped make the room more comfortable. We will stay at at the Hampton Inn Airport in Nashville again because of the superior service by these sweet and helpful people.

The staff was so courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate me and I'm extremely appreciative of it! Would absolutely stay there again if I go to Nashville again!

I was very happy to be told that each Hampton has a grab bar in the shower. At 85 years old, it was good information. I was pleased with all aspects of the room and the services. I proceeded with the idea that I would not stop anywhere but at a Hampton Inn. If I could add one little suggestion, it would be that the chain make it a policy that all employees who deal with the public by phone or in person, be aware of the company policy of these grab bars which are very necessary to some. A giant thank you to your staff and the staff of all of the above named facilities. You helped immensely in making my trip fruitful and pleasant.
