This Hampton Inn and Suites was just as great as all the others I've stayed in. This is the second time at this location and I'll keep going back every time I visit family in Longview, Texas. The manager was friendly and so responsive and had a wonderful manner with other employees. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Hampton Inns are my favorite hotels and I always look for them when I travel!

The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located for my stay. I particularly enjoy the almost immediately hot water in the bathroom.

The staff was excellent and the location is awesome, Lots to do in the area with families and just by yourself.

First night air conditioning leaked water, we were able to switch rooms the lady at the front was not outgoing at all. Not very empathetic or friendly .That same room the comforter had huge brown stain and should have been thrown away instead of trying to clean. Second night we had to switch rooms again ceiling leaking on bed. You could tell by the marks on ceiling it was not first time leak. The ladies at the front were much more friendly. we thought let’s soak in hot tub since it was a tough week for us and it did not work and water looked murky. I would sum up that you need some remodeling of rooms and more attention in maintaining property. Walls were beat up and needed some paint. TV stands had nasty looking water stains everywhere. Newer comforters and bed spreads Only real positive was breakfast and the lady at the front desk the second night of our stay. Cleaning lady that was mopping halls was super friendly.

Great location. Breakfast was really good. Loved the beverages at the front desk; Jose was a real big help, always with a smile.

Really need to remodel rooms

By far the worst experience booked a king size room off Expedia got there for them to put us in a smaller room without a king size bed and the staff would not help and supposedly could not check us out either so just lost the money and went and stayed at a neighboring hotel with a much better experience
