On our last night, our next door neighbors were making verybloud banging noise from 4 in the morning until we checked out at 8 i couldnt sleep after that.

This location is close to UC Merced which was the reason for my visit. It's also close to downtown Merced.

Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel itself was below average. Spiderwebs in the hallway. A little trash in the hallways. Ice machine was not working on our floor. Outside the building needed some attention. Lots of weeds and trash. We stay at a Hamptons everywhere we travel to and this location was below our expectations.
