Kind staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. A good stay, would stay again.

Metkeo, Ale, Savannah, Mani, Loka, Jose, Amber, Valentina, Margaret, Yaya, Lamont And I hope I didn’t leave anyone out that helped me thank you so much you guys do a great job and I appreciate you all.

TV, A/C did not work. Gym treadmills did not work. Entire hotel was dirty.

Our room was clean and comfortable.

This property is in serious need of attention. The elevator is filthy. The room key was greasy. The carpets need to be shampooed and vacuumed periodically. The furniture in guest rooms is shabby. This property does not measure up to Hilton standards.

This is the absolute WORST Hilton property I have ever stayed in so far! My husband and I are here for his birthday and our 8 year wedding anniversary celebration and it’s dirty, freezing cold, the hot tub was not even “warm”!!! We have been at the hotel less than 2 hours and are leaving!! Find somewhere else to stay!!!

Got double charged for deposit check in took an hour got sent to 2 dirty rooms no microwave included laundry room and pool inoperable

I called to make reservations for my daughter and ask the front desk representative if they had a pool because it was her birthday and she was looking forward to a fun swim in the night at the hotel. However, I was lied to and told yes I booked the room and made reservations got to the hotel. The pool was down wasn’t working my room was very hot and stimulated I could not control the heat. The air conditioner did not work. I called the front desk several times before I was able to get assistance. When room service came, they accommodated me with two fans, however, I was very frustrating through the night being that the room was so stimulated. It was like hot air just being rotated not to mention that my daughter has a condition where she cannot be in a room where it’s too hot due to nosebleed’s however, I experience my daughter having a nosebleed I will not be back. The lounging area had not been cleaned tables weren’t cleaned. Overall the front desk representative second shift was very kind and tried her best to accommodate me although I was very upset and frustrated due to being told the pool was open. And my daughter wasn’t able to enjoy the pool for her birthday. I will not be back
