The room was very clean, the overall location was very nice with a breakfast place and accessible amenities. Parking was a little rough but the access point was fantastic, surrounded by many restaurants, close to where we were going and would recommend.

I enjoyed being able to bring the dogs. Breakfast was delicious.

Would go back there again.

This reservation was supposed to be cancelled, they promised me it was cancelled, and charged me anyway

My husband and I have stayed in this hotel several times for weekend get-a-way at the coast. This time we had some issues as the property was not up to the standards we normally experienced at this motel. First, only one elevator worked and it made annoying sounds when the doors open and closed. Second we noticed our room had not been cleaned when we returned around 4 PM Saturday. I called to the front desk and the lady apolagized but there was nothing she could because the housekeeping staff left the hotel for the day. Third, we found what looked like ice cream stains on the carpet in the stairwell. Last found that not all channel HBO etc worked on TV had limited channels options. My husband called to front desk and the front desk lady offered us to move to another room in the same floor. We did it. We expect better experince next time.
