Quality, nice folks, quiet.
Just the right amount of room, comfy bed and pillows. We were especially impressed with the woman in the breakfast room, named Cheryl: she was kind to everyone, efficient and helpful. Never seen her before and won't again, but she made an impression: as a former business manager, I can say she is the employee you hope to find and keep. One person like her can make the whole experience better. She did.

The front desk was extremely helpful. She knew of things to do in Salem for kids And went out of her way to accommodate us. I am thankful because it was an Important visit.

Outstanding example of a Hampton Inn. Everytime I try to save at a lower price point property, I realize when I come back to Hampton Inn why it is I love their properties so much. This hotel is a Class A example. Everything was perfect or better than perfect
