Hotel was clean , staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite small but had everything you need. Breakfast area was small but we went early and always had a table. Kids loved the make your own waffles. We also enjoyed the area where you could make hot drinks to take out or sit at the tables. Very central, really close to grand central station.

Everything was great except for the elevators. They only have two and it takes forever to get one. Other than that it was excellent.

It was a good stay. The staff were perfect in every way they could have been. I think it was over priced for the room though. Very small, had to walk around everything.
