Convenient location; close to restaurants, and events. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. No additional charge for internet and breakfast. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking garage connected to hotel.

One of our favorite Des Moines stays. We’ve done plenty of hotels in the area, and this one was the best. Great river view, comfortable bed, clean shower and decent sized restroom. Having a fridge and microwave a plus, and the swingable TV.

We reserved a King suite. When we checked in nothing was said about the room. When we got to the room and when we got to the room it was a double. When I called the front desk about it I was told we were switched because they didn’t have a king suite even though we reserve one. Again, nothing was said to us when we checked in.
