Our stay was alright.

Got checked in late. Good experience at the front desk. Slept in. Room was quiet and comfortable. Checking out turned into "two old guys talkin'." That was Okay but I got away from Stillwater a few minutes late.
Staff is amazing! Very helpful in my time of need!
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Stillwater area. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Continental breakfast is top notch. Lots of choices. Clean coming areas, clean rooms, nice laundry on property, cleaning crew were very sweet and accommodating! Would stay here again.

This hotel was ok for a short pit stop. Nothing fancy and no special perks! The bed was comfy! Breakfast nothing special the standard plastic eggs, and sausage and breads!! The coffee was actually good.

Parking was convenient. Room temp was difficult to control. Lighting is TV/desk area very poor. Refrigerator had thick ice and rocked in the cabinet when pulled to open. Coffee creamer apparently had been wet--both packets were pellets, not powder. Pool as seen from window filthy w/debris in it Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff was so very friendly, helpful, and did say room renovation was in progress throughout the hotel.

No water in hotel when we checked in till 11:00 a.m. the next morning. That's no water for drinking, bathing, flushing toilet or taking medications throughout the night. I asked for bottle water, told they had water for sale. Room was dirty, bed sloppily made, dust on bathroom door, light bulb out in bathroom, floors needed a good mopping, and bathtub had someone else's hair. I also questioned if I was sleeping on clean sheets. I asked for credit...and told that only Expedia could give me any type of credit. Nice hotel, poor management / employee training.

Everything was fine until they turned off the water in the middle of the night. No communication at check-in. We had no water for showers, etc. They didn’t even offer bottled in the lobby or express their regret for the inconvenience. Weird!
