Mostly clean room (needed vacuumed)
Check in was such a routine for this guy he just flew threw his speech and was real smug when I didn't know what room names mean at this property. He told me no housekeeping. We still out up the do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping *tried* to barge through our door. Thankfully we had locked the door and I was awake to could calm my family down.

Erica, the lady running the breakfast was AMAZING. Seriously, the best employee I’ve seen at a hotel breakfast. She was busy restocking and cleaning everything the entire time. All with a smile on her face and interacting with everyone. Whole apples are provided, but due to an issue with his teeth, my son needed slices and she happily took it to the kitchen and sliced it for us. I saw her help many others above and beyond as well. We were only there for three days and she was amazing every day - I’m sure this is her norm. THANK YOU, ERICA!!
