Unfortunately the heat did not work properly in our room (222). It was 19 degrees outside and our room was 60 degrees when we entered. The first thing we did was turn on/up the heat. After an hour it was only 61 degrees. When I called the desk I was told we couldn’t turn the heat up more than 2 degrees at a time! We tried! But the unit under the window blew cool air NO HEAT!
The thermostat moved one degree an hour! At 4:00AM it was still only 69 degrees in the room.
On top of that the unit fan under the window was SO LOUD! It was a miserable night.
We were never offered to move to another room. We want a refund of our money!

I was traveling my with my dog from IL to VA and stopped here for a night. The TV in the room had my name on the screen when I got into the room. The TV was newer and had Netflix available for logging into. The breakfast area was clean, well stocked, and had a great variety from pumpkin waffles to cold cereal. My only complaint is there weren’t any USB plug-ins. That’s only because I forgot my charger brick. I absolutely plan on stopping here again the next time I travel east.

Great space for the boys had 3 football players and team mom (wife) and 2 cheerleaders (siblings ) and it was more than enough space for us!
I pulled a muscle training in the pool was my only issue ( not on the hotel )

Quick and easy check-in via the app with a mobile key - was able to get in and settle quickly for an early morning the next day. Per friendly, so my pup was comfortable too!
