This hotel is always clean and the two ladies behind the counter at the front desk are always very kind and helpful! The way the ladies interact with guests is amazing.

I travel a lot and stayed at many hotels. Lately I have been staying here at this location. Last I booked for a King bed for one. When I came to check in the receptionist told me the room had a problem with the curtain that it's not closing all the way and it's being charge. It possibly will be charge in an hour or so. So we went to have dinner and returned. I was told it's not working and I was offered an two bed room because that was the only one availible. I had no choice was to take it because it was late. I asked I am being charge for the same price or is there anything they can do because of my in convenience. I was no there's nothing they can do. I was not satisfy with the process.

We stay here every time we visit relatives. We like the location, and the Hampton Inn meets our needs. Parking is close to the entrance, check-in is quick, and the room is always clean and comfortable. This time the towels were quite scratchy. Also, the electric window system, which seems new, is not easy to operate. Seems unnecessary and can just cause problems. Keep it simple. Go back to old fashioned hand drawn curtains. Fancy isn’t always better.
