Great place to stay.

This facility is huge! But, in spite of being huge, the facility has everything arranged to make checking in and finding things easy. The parking is more than ample. The morning breakfast has so many items available that no one need leave hungry. Elevator and room directions on each floor are very accurate. The hotel room was spotless and very quiet. It was nice to see people with leashed dogs feeling comfortable with their pets being accepted by staff and other guests. I do wish the $100 deposit could be returned to one's credit a bit sooner. It's been four days now and no communication on that. I realize that the hotel is huge but surely the deposits could be returned within no more than 48 hours and perhaps a bit sooner as the rooms are cleaned and pass inspection.

The front desk professional who checked me is is an exceptional service personnel. It's difficult to find employees like her.

Overall, I’d say this was a pretty decent stay. The biggest con to my experience was the inconvenience that I faced when I was met with concierge telling me that I couldn’t be checked in due to the system being down. I drove over 3 hours away to this hotel and I couldn’t be accommodated at 4pm with a room once I arrived. There was no compensation for that major inconvenience and I would say that is not great customer service. Being stranded in a new area without a place to go is not acceptable. Although the staff were polite and friendly, they could’ve at least knocked off something for the multiple hours that I had to wait to check in.

This was a quiet hotel with friendly staff. Location was perfect to get from port authority and back and an easy Uber ride to American Dream.

Quiet, comfortable bed and good breakfast

There were some stains on the bed sheets.. wish they would just provide new and clean ones instead of reusing. Otherwise, the complimentary breakfast is a plus. Also nice how quiet it is.
