Overall the hotel is clean with nice amenities (breakfast, pool terrace). However, the reception staff seem to not be trained very well in customer service. I didn’t have any issues personally, but on my 3-day stay I heard two different customers being treated very poorly and rudely by the receptionist, which seemed quite unprofessional.

Overall our stay here was good. It was extremely busy and felt very congested. Breakfast was beyond busy and there were a lot of kids and teenagers there. Parking was easy, close, and inexpensive for the weekend. The elevator system is interesting and a little frustrating. It took a while to catch one and a majority of times they were full. They had a great lobby area and very comfortable.

Extremely pleasant, comfortable and clean hotel. The room was spotless. It had a comfortable bed, nice linens, and the bathroom was large with ample space in the shower. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the convention center and restaurants.
