Great Stay
Very clean, quiet hotel with a friendly staff and good breakfast.
Things are more than just a few things.
First I want to thank the front desk, housekeeping and food service for a great job. They were friendly, professional and punctual. I did have somethings that I experienced that should be looked into. One, I had some leftover food and between 9pm and 6am ANTS came from somewhere and was all over my container. I bagged it, took it to the front desk and then threw in trash outside. My room was 418 so how could that happen? The other is more of a request and I should have ask but didn’t. Eggs without cheese and a meat option other than pork. Look forward to seeing you next time. I had never had an issue with any other locations. Contact me if needed.

I would've given this hotel 5 stars on everything but we had one minor issue. We booked this particular hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub, unfortunately the water was so cold that we could not use it. The posted signs showed pool water at 83 and hot tub at 104. The actual thermometers showed 94 in the tub and just about 70 in the pool. Staff was very nice and called maintenance right away but we were leaving before it could be fixed. All in all it is a great stop.

The toilet was not working properly and it took a very long time for the water to get hot in the sink and shower. My husband and I could not sleep because of the toilet running all night.

The hotel overall is nice. The room I got was not as good. My toilet paper holder was broken and hanging off the wall, my TV had no HDMI cable so I couldn’t watch TV, and there was a giant stain on the couch. Not up to the standards Hampton inns usually provide for me

There is a landfill mountain directly behind the hotel. If you turned your heating/ac unit off, after about 10 minutes it smells terrible. Keeping the unit on stops it, summertime might be a little whiff, if you catch my drift.
