Very convenient for our Earlham event. Clean and comfortable. Nice hot breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was spotless!
The hotel was spotless, the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast area was clean and the food very tasty. We travel a lot and this is the best we have found in a long time. We will be returning next time we are in the area.

I didn't even make it because I was forced off the road due to a snowstorm. I had to check in to another hotel last minute. I called Hampton and made them aware of the situation and told them I couldn't make it. I contacted hotels.com in regard to getting a partial refund from them, since it was an "act of god" and I was genuinely trying to uphold my reservation. The Hampton refused to budge on their cancellation policy, even though the WHOLE AREA(meaning up to 3 hours away)was affected by the storm. I ended up paying $156 for a room I never stayed in. Unacceptable and disappointing. I have stayed there a few times in the past but will never again. I feel like exceptions could be made.
