The king bed was comfortable. The tv was straight in front of the bed and you could only watch it from the bed. There was a chair by the entrance wall but it was not near the tv to view the TV.
The heater/air conditioner was noisy. It came on every 15 minutes even for a 66 degree temp. It started out quiet and then the rattling vibration increased. It kept me awake until I finally turned it off.
